Jeffrey M. Hall
Mr. Hall is a skilled litigator and trial attorney and advocates his clients’ position with unmatched focus and tenacity. He has substantial experience in state and federal court and before the leading arbitration tribunals (AAA and JAMS). Mr. Hall prides himself on providing his clients with sophisticated legal counsel, personal attention and results-driven representation from the initial stages of litigation through post-trial motions.
Mr. Hall’s practice focuses on representing participants in trust, probate and conservatorship litigation. Over the last twenty years, Mr. Hall has successfully prosecuted and defended hundreds of cases on behalf of his individual and corporate clients.
The success Mr. Hall achieves for his clients comes from a combination of his tireless work ethic and the wealth of knowledge he has garnered in all aspects of litigation and trial practice. His broad ranging experience gives him the ability to understand complex legal issues and implement the strategy best suited to achieve his clients’ goals. Mr. Hall obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
Mr. Hall is admitted to practice before all of the California State and Federal Courts and is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and Litigation Section of the State Bar of California.
