Sheyanne H. Bane, Esq.

Sheyanne is a skilled litigator who focuses her practice in the areas of personal injury, specialty torts and business litigation. She effectively represents individuals, public entities, private employers and non-profit corporations in complex, multiparty actions involving a wide array of negligence and intentional tort claims.  Sheyanne also handles labor and employment cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment claims.  Her litigation cases range from single-plaintiff to high-profile, multi-party class actions. As a breast cancer survivor, she is passionate about advising employees about their rights and employee benefits both during and after treatment.

Sheyanne spent her first 11 years of practice at Sedgwick LLP.  At Sedgwick, she was an integral part of the Women’s Forum Board, working alongside C-level professionals to successfully address the obstacles professional women face.

Sheyanne is a member of the California State Bar and the Orange County Bar Association and is a member of the Labor and Employment and Business Litigation sections of the OCBA. She sits on the Executive Board of the Boys and Girls Club of the South Coast Area and has been previously involved with Girls Incorporated of Orange County, a nonprofit organization that seeks to empower underprivileged girls.  She has also been involved with the Susan G. Komen organization for the past 10 years.
