He received his Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law located in Malibu, California, during which time he was a judicial extern with the Hon. Daniel A. Samin Zamanian has extensive litigation experience and practices general civil litigation, with a focus on personal injury, catastrophic accident and wrongful death cases, premises liability, product liability, and general business litigation. Additionally, Samin has experience in construction defect disputes ranging from single-home residential construction defect disputes to multi-residential disputes. She has represented developers, general contractors and subcontractors in multi-million dollar construction defect lawsuits for both residential and commercial matters.
Caitlyn M. Hobbs
Caitlyn M. Hobbs is an associate in the Ladera Ranch office of Smith Hall Strongin.Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hobbs’ practice focused on business litigation, with particular emphasis on employment litigation, class actions and complex commercial disputes. She has litigated a wide range of labor and employment matters, including defending employers against wage and hour and discrimination class actions, and retaliation, sexual harassment, wrongful termination and whistleblower claims in federal and state courts, as well as in administrative proceedings and arbitrations. She has also worked on the plaintiff’s side of class action litigation in cases that have successfully settled prior to trial that resulted in millions of dollars in recovery for the class.
